So many times we get used to hiding behind our mask, when someone asks how are you. We are so quick to say I'm okay or I am fine. And so often we ARE NOT. So just take a moment to really think about how are you being. How are you being, how are you living, what are you doing to take care of your being? The habits we build on a regular basis have so much influence on our well being. So again I ask, How are you being?
